| To welcome new parishioners and make them feel part of the parish. | |
| 2. | Frequency/Schedule of Meetings/Activities |
| Meetings are usually the first Wednesday of the month at 9:30 AM in the convent (2 or 3 times a year). Plan 1 social a year to welcome the new parishioners. | |
| 3. | Where do I perform service? |
| From home. Call new parishioners, welcome them, and inform them of things happening in the parish. Socials in the Lower Church Hall. | |
| 4. | Who are served? |
| All new parishioners. | |
| 5. | Preparation |
| To address invitations before the socials, to help decorate the Hall, to help with food. | |
