COLLECTION COUNTERS
| 1. | Description of Ministry |
| Primary responsibility of the Collection Counters is on each Sunday and certain Holy Days (i.e. Christmas) is to ensure that the money received in the collection basket is counted accurately and recorded properly according to the policies and procedures given to us by the Parish Business Manager. | |
| 2. | Frequency/Schedule of Meetings/Activities |
| Each team counts on a rotating schedule every six weeks. Each team has 5 to 7 members. The average time commitment each Sunday is approximately 2 - 2 1/2 hours. | |
| 3. | Where do I perform this service? |
| The service is performed on the parish grounds. If transportation is needed, I am sure one of the team members would be able to provide transportation. | |
| 4. | Who are served? |
| Ultimately, the parish community is served but directly the parish staff is served. | |
