Choir
| 1. | Description of Ministry | |||
| The choir is a group of non-professional musicians who support the assembly's singing and provide additional music at liturgies. | ||||
| 2. | Frequency/Schedule of Meetings/Activities | |||
| The group rehearses in the church every Tuesday evening 7:30 to 9:00PM, September to June. The choir sings the first and third Sunday of each month, usually at the 11:15AM liturgy as well as at all the special yearly liturgies. We bring our music ministry to local nursing homes once or twice annually and participate in any parish social / musical celebrations when requested. Members are always willing to assist others' transportation needs. | ||||

| 5. | Preparation | |||
| It is not required for members to have prior musical training or be able to read music. All that is necessary is a strong desire to serve the Lord and His people through song. We sing, support, and socialize with each other and perfect our musical skills, too! | ||||
